This blog is maintained by some wonderful friends from around the US.  Hailing from Denver, Dallas, Midland, Hendersonville, and Houston, they are Greek, Black, White, Christian, Agnostic, and “undefined.” Their thought processes are anything but homogeneous.  One thing is for certain, they all share a passion for living life well.  All understand the mind, body, spirit connection.  And, most of all, they all understand the power of love, understanding, and good friends.  Ultimately, loving oneself is the catalyst to change, but loving those around you makes that journey all the more easily travailed.
